We couldn’t get reservations for a room but we did go there for dinner. It was wonderful. Also visited the gift shop for something to take home. Would like to come up during the summer but your website said only open on weekends. Also coming in November and wanted Thursday thru Monday am. But again not available as website said only open on weekends. 🙁

It was my first trip to the States and I would love to return to the Cape....a fabulous part of the world with generous, polite, warm, friendly people round every corner. These people and the hospitality shown at Irish Village made this holiday easily my best ever experience! Tommy is at the helm of an excellent team and it was very apparent that everyone wants every guest to be comfortable and happy. We all had a fabulous time and were very fond of the team.....never before have felt so comfortable and "at home " whilst on holiday.The bar staff were also very warm and welcoming and catered to all our needs whilst we enjoyed the music in both bars.I will definitely return to the Irish Village .....a wee jewel in the beautiful Cape Cod.Well done Team Tommy!!

My husband , daughter ( 11 month old) and I stayed at this hotel this past Tuesday August 28th. It was a horrible nights stay and the staff didn’t seem to care much. My husband and I were very excited to spend the night here as we don’t get to get away very much. But from the moment we got into our room it was a disaster. Every time we would use the toilet it would constantly run and kept running for long periods of time. Our own personal cellphones wouldn’t connect to the WiFi at all, every time we tried it would boot us. The phone that was in our room didn’t work as well. My husband had gone down to the front desk later on at night as we had tried before and no one was at the desk. When he went down to complain of those issues the person behind the desk didn’t seem to care. He said that he could come up to our room to look at the phone but at this point our daughter was already sleeping and we weren’t about to wake her. When we got into bed we tried to use our bedroom tv remote and of course it failed to work. Someone very close to the vicinity of our room was smoking and I have breathing issues. The smoke was so bad it’s all we could smell in our room. Upon checking out the next day my husband had requested to speak to a manger. The person behind the desk said no manger was on staff at the moment and he would have to leave his name and number and someone would call him back within the hour. Well no one called him back. He placed a call later in the evening with yet again no luck. Thursday morning he called and wrote an email and got the same thing, no manager there. Finally around 1pm today I had asked him to place another call because a manger had yet to call us back ( how’s that for customer service). Finally was able to speak to someone. Whom was not very helpful at all and didn’t really seem to care about our issues that we had. And she stated that seeming how we didn’t come to them with these issues while we were at the hotel there was nothing that could be done for us seeming how we weren’t at the hotel any longer. I’m sorry but we did try to come to your staff on numerous occasions and the people behind the desk could not help us nor cared to listen to our issues of concern. No manger was available to deal with our issues until 2 days later so that’s our fault?? Real great customer service in my eyes, NOT!!!!!! And I’m sorry you can’t do anything now that we have left the hotel? How about you issue us a refund for the horrible stay we had and horrible customer service. Or to even offer us something?! ANYTHING?! That’s what good customer service would do!!!! I would not recommend staying at this hotel!!! Clearly the staff and managers do not care about their customers. Nor do they care to fix issues that arise.

New family tradition! This is our second summer visiting the Irish village and won’t be our last. Clean and comfortable, spacious rooms. I made a room request and they were able to accommodate it which was lovely. Just love the convenience of the on site dining. My children enjoyed the live music! Also they love the pools. We have come here every summer since I can remember for my grandpas birthday in August (here now for his 94th). Every time we visit we are able to enjoy our family’s two favorite places, Ireland and the cape, at the same time. We love getting together every night to enjoy live Irish music to sing along to. Tonight, I met a very accommodating man by the name of Vojislav who let me print over 30 pages off of his computer in his office, free of charge, to be able to surprise my grandfather with something for his birthday. Vojislav was hilarious, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We stayed at The Irish village a few times and it never disappoints. However this past weekend, they played a huge part in helping my boyfriend propose! He reached out to them via email, was contacted by the owner, who worked with him on the smallest of details to make everything perfect. Tommy told him to not worry about a thing, he would have his girls take care of everything… and they didn’t disappoint. Tommy made sure he knew when we were on our way and the fantastic Elizabeth made sure she personally set up the room, lighting the candles, putting the champagne on ice and making sure the rose petals were in position. They were just simply wonderful. Aside from the proposal, I can’t say enough about the Irish Village… the food is fantastic, the staff is just as fantastic, and every person there goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The weekend packages that include the meal plan… you seriously can’t go wrong, the food is DELICIOUS! The wait staff busts their butts with large hungry Irish crowds… Annie is the greatest and has a literal pep in her step. There is also live entertainment every weekend. If you have the chance to see the fabulous Terry Brennan I highly recommend booking a weekend he is there and help support a great cause. Don’t hesitate, book your stay now !!

We went here a couple weeks ago to see the young Wolftones play and we had a blast. The people there were amazing and so very nice to us. Very family friendly my kids loved it. GREAT place! Very comfortable and accomodating. We took advantage of the weekend package when our friends' band was booked for back to back shows, but we will def be back with or without them! The staff was so friendly and helpful. For example, after are beach towels and suits failed to dry in the sun (due to poor weather), they offered to dry them in the hotel laundry so we would not have to travel with wet stuff. And they even came back folded!

We had to pleasure to be part of the Santa Gathering last weekend. The facility is absolutely CLEAN, the staff are mostly Irish adding to the unique flavor of the 'Village'. We went for our 25th Anniversary and my Best Friends 24th Anniversary. We had a blast the food was awesome as was service. It was a Santa Claus convention which was fun. I have been vacationing at the Cape Cod Irish Village for about 30 years! That means different locations and owners. The hospitality has never changed except to continue to get better!! Food has always been excellent, staff is friendly, fun and accommodating. Great entertainment, clean, comfortable and up to date rooms. I have visited during every season of the year and have never been disappointed!! I have visited with older parent and a young child, teenagers and me, by myself, and now I am older and visit with friends. All have been excellent visits and extremely reasonably priced for what you get.It is my happy place and hope it becomes yours too!!

I have here many times to eat or get a pint and the place is excellent with an incredible owner and 5 Star stafe . The food is always good, it is one of the cleans hotels I ever seen. There is nothing bad I can say about this place. I just spent a girls weekend here and we have the best time. The food in the dining room was delicious, we had breakfast, dinner, and late night food there. All of the staff was beyond accommodating. Whether is was our waiters and/or waitress, the front desk, the maid service, or even the owner Tommy and the manager Tony, any question we had was answered with a smile. We have already booked to go back next March for the Cape Cod St. Patrick's Day Parade

My family and I have been coming on the school vacation weeks since my niece was 2 years old. She is now 24! Now my kids 8, 7 and 4 are joining in the fun! We just stayed the beginning of this week!
